Facade trim design

Polyurethane facade trim design elements are decorative profiles used on exterior building surfaces to adorn around windows, doors, and under eaves, as well as to highlight building corners. Preferred in classical and modern architectural projects to bestow architectural character upon the facade, these elements feature a wide variety of cross-sections and patterns. Compared to EPS styrofoam or reinforced concrete precast materials, polyurethane possesses a much higher surface hardness and resists damage from birds or impacts. Since its water absorption rate is zero, it remains unaffected by freeze-thaw cycles and will not crack or blister. Thanks to its lightweight nature, installation is performed swiftly on scaffolding using facade screws and specialized adhesives. Painted with acrylic exterior paints, it retains its form for many years.
