Facade Bracket
Polure Facade Bracket provides architectural support styling and decorative relief accents under exterior roof eaves, overhangs, and balcony overhangs. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this exterior bracket mimics heavy timber or carved stone corbels without subjecting building structures to dead weight. With a closed-cell water absorption strictly below 1%, it completely resists rot, swelling, mold, and insect damage under harsh outdoor conditions. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on all wall contact faces and joinery seams, combined with mechanical screw anchorage; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Mechanical screw holes and seam joints should be filled with facade filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, outdoor applications require a topcoat of UV-resistant exterior facade paint.
