Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these door casings offer wood-like mechanical durability and impact resistance without splitting, warping, or shrinking like natural timber. Engineered with a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will never rot, swell, or cultivate mold in humid indoor rooms, entry halls, or bathrooms. Thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Installation requires cutting 45° miter joints with a fine-tooth saw, applying continuous PU assembly adhesive along rear contact points and joining edges, and securing with direct countersunk screws. Fill screw holes and joints with acrylic putty, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and paint with water-based topcoat paint.
