Exterior Roofline Trim

Polure Exterior Roofline Trim provides a grand architectural finish along eaves, gables, and exterior rooflines, enhancing curb appeal and architectural character. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this exterior trim profile delivers wood-like mechanical durability and impact resistance (will not dent in hail like EPS). Its closed-cell foam matrix restricts water absorption to under 1%, ensuring it will not rot, swell, mold, or attract wood-boring insects when exposed to rain and severe weather. Built to endure temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C without warping, it carries a B2 fire safety rating. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on all contact edges and securing the profile with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are forbidden. Joints between adjacent pieces must be screwed to each other and filled with exterior facade acrylic putty, then sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper. Factory pre-primed in white acrylic, it must be finished with high-performance elastic UV-resistant exterior paint.
