Exterior Pillar Top

Polure exterior pillar tops provide classical capital crowning, Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian detailing, and robust weather resistance to exterior porch pillars, fence posts, and entrance colonnades. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this pillar cap delivers wood-like mechanical toughness and will not crack or dent during severe hail or extreme temperature fluctuations. Featuring closed-cell composition with less than 1% water absorption, it prevents moisture penetration, rot, swelling, and algae growth under harsh outdoor exposure. Formulated to perform in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety compliance, every pillar top arrives factory-primed with a white acrylic technical primer. Note that polyurethane pillar tops are strictly DECORATIVE and NON-LOAD-BEARING; do not pour concrete inside. Mount using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact faces AND joints, secure with countersunk mechanical screws, fill with facade putty, sand (180-220 grit), and paint with elastic exterior UV paint.
