Exterior Pilaster Profile

Polure exterior pilaster profiles provide classical wall-engaged column elegance for building facades, entry portals, and window surrounds. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these half-round or flat decorative profiles offer wood- and stone-like impact resistance without structural weight. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they offer complete immunity against rain, frost, rot, and UV weathering. Thermally resilient across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, every pilaster profile comes factory-precoated with a white acrylic technical primer. IMPORTANT: Polure pilasters are decorative half-column wall moldings and strictly NON-LOAD-BEARING. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive applied on rear contact faces paired with mechanical screws. Joints are putty-filled, sanded, and painted.
