Exterior Facade Support

Polure exterior facade support provides an architecturally prominent ornamental corbel designed to enhance roof eaves, window overhangs, and balcony projections. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this facade bracket combines wood-like mechanical toughness and impact resistance without placing heavy loads on exterior wall structures. Featuring a closed-cell matrix with water absorption below 1%, it will not rot, swell, or cultivate mold under severe weather conditions, heavy rain, or freeze-thaw cycles. Capable of operating within extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, it meets Class B2 self-extinguishing fire safety standards. Supplied with a factory white acrylic primer, it must be finished with an elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint system. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on all contact edges and mechanical countersunk screws. Screw holes and joints are filled with facade filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit, and painted.
