Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, preventing rot, mold, swelling, or freeze-thaw cracking in outdoor weather. Dimensionally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, it carries a Class B2 fire rating without adding heavy structural load to facades. Supplied pre-primed with a factory white acrylic coating, it requires painting with elastic, UV-resistant exterior topcoats. Installation requires a clean, dry surface, 45° miter cuts, continuous PU assembly adhesive, and mechanical screw fasteners. Joints and screw heads are filled with facade putty, sanded with 180-220 grit, and painted.
