Exterior Decor

Polure Exterior Decor introduces high-performance architectural embellishments, facade moldings, and ornate relief profiles to residential and commercial building exteriors. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior elements offer wood-equivalent mechanical toughness without heavy weight or susceptibility to weather damage. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly below 1%, they remain impervious to rain, frost, hail, and mold. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive across all contact boundaries and joinery seams, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Outdoor pieces must also be screwed to each other at joints. Screw holes and seam joints should be filled with facade filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed with white acrylic primer, they must be painted with elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint.
