Exterior Ceiling Decoration

Polure exterior ceiling decoration elements bring architectural detail and weather resistance to outdoor soffits, porches, balconies, and entrance overhangs. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior components feature wood-like mechanical durability while remaining light enough to prevent heavy structural load. Their closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%, ensuring they will not rot, swell, or mold under rain and humidity. Engineered to perform in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C without distortion or shrinkage, they hold a B2 fire safety classification. Pre-coated with a white acrylic primer, they must be painted with an elastic, UV-resistant exterior topcoat to avoid fading. Installation requires cleaning the surface, applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact edges, and securing with mechanical screws. Joints and countersunk screw locations are filled with exterior acrylic putty and sanded smooth before painting.
