Exterior Architectural Brackets

Polure exterior architectural brackets provide weather-resistant structural-look support detailing under roof eaves, cornices, gables, and porticos. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these facade brackets deliver hardwood mechanical strength and severe-weather impact resistance without adding heavy load to building structures. Their closed-cell composition ensures water absorption stays below 1%, protecting against dampness, swelling, rot, freeze-thaw cracking, or mold growth in exterior settings. Tolerating extreme thermal swings from -100 °C / +80 °C, they carry a Class B2 self-extinguishing fire rating. Supplied factory-primed in white acrylic paint, they must be painted with exterior-grade UV paint. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact areas and mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes and joints with facade putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit, and finish with paint.
