Exterior Window Surround

Polure exterior window surrounds frame window openings with elegant architectural architraves, enhancing facade depth and classic charm. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior surrounds provide timber-like structural rigidity while resisting severe weather, including hail impacts without denting. Featuring a closed-cell physical matrix with water absorption under 1%, they will not absorb moisture, swell, rot, or freeze-thaw crack around window frames. Tested to withstand temperature ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 flame retardancy, every length is factory pre-coated in white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean masonry or wall substrates, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive applied to mounting contact faces, and compulsory mechanical fixings with countersunk screws; silicone bonding is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw locations are filled with exterior facade filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with UV-resistant elastic facade paint.
