Double Scroll Wall Trim

The double scroll wall trim by Polure introduces elegant curvilinear motifs and classical balance to interior panel frames and frieze borders. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this ornate moulding provides wood-like structural toughness without subjecting wall surfaces to heavy weight strains. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption strictly under 1%, making it completely resistant to rotting, warping, or swelling in moisture-heavy environments like bathrooms and kitchens. Certified Class B2 for fire safety, it remains dimensionally stable across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. The trim is supplied pre-coated with a factory white acrylic technical primer for effortless painting. Installation involves clean wall surfaces, precise 45° miter cuts made with a fine-tooth saw, continuous PU assembly adhesive applied along contact edges, and mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw recesses with acrylic putty, sand with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with water-based or synthetic paint.
