Door Surround Molding

Polure door surround moldings framing profiles provide an elegant architectural outline for interior doorways and exterior portal entrances. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these architrave trims combine wood-like impact toughness with lightweight structural properties. Featuring a closed-cell composition absorbing less than 1% water, they will never warp, split, rot, or support mold growth in humid entryways or outdoor facades. Engineered for thermal stability between -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety class, each molding is pre-coated with a white acrylic technical primer. Installation is completed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) before topcoat painting.
