Door Frame Moulding
Polure Door Frame Moulding delivers elegant architectural casings and defined borders for interior door surrounds and passage openings. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this trim element offers wood-equivalent mechanical strength while remaining light for precise, gap-free installation. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly under 1%, it will not warp, swell, rot, or mold when subjected to humidity in high-traffic corridors or bathrooms. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear wall contact channels and 45° miter joints, combined with mechanical screw fixings; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Screw indentations and miter joints must be filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, it accepts any standard water-based interior paint.
