Decorative Pillar Plinth
The decorative pillar plinth by Polure delivers a strong architectural base and classic transition for columns, pilasters, and decorative pedestals. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), it combines wood-like mechanical durability and high impact resistance with light weight. Designed with a hollow interior, it is decorative and non-load-bearing—structural supports require an internal steel post rather than poured concrete. With closed-cell water absorption under 1% and Class B2 fire safety, it will not rot, swell, or distort across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, making it suitable for both interior halls and outdoor facades. Factory-primed with white acrylic primer, installation requires clean surfaces, continuous PU assembly adhesive on all contact edges, and countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with facade filler, sand with 180-220 grit, and finish with quality topcoat paint.
