Decorative Pillar Capital

Polure decorative pillar capitals crown vertical wall pilasters and decorative column assemblies with classical elegance. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these ornamental column capitals exhibit exceptional structural crispness and mechanical impact strength without adding heavy weight to walls or porticos. The closed-cell material features water absorption under 1%, making it completely immune to humidity, rain, mold, and rot in indoor or outdoor environments. Fire rated B2 (self-extinguishing) and dimensionally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, each capital comes factory pre-primed with a smooth white acrylic primer. Installation is performed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and seam joints, paired with countersunk mechanical screws. Fill screw holes with filler, sand smooth with 180-220 grit, and finish with water-based or exterior paint.
