Decorative Panel Corners

Polure decorative panel corners provide elegant ornamental joinery elements designed to connect wall moulding trims and form decorative wall frames. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these corner pieces offer wood-like mechanical strength and impact resistance without adding heavy load to wall surfaces. The closed-cell material features water absorption below 1%, making it completely resistant to rot, humidity, and mold in living spaces, corridors, or bathroom areas. Operational across a temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C without shrinking or warping, each corner piece carries a B2 fire safety rating and arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation is executed using continuous PU assembly adhesive along all wall contact faces paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Once installed, joint seams and screw holes are filled, sanded, and painted with standard interior topcoats.
