Decorative Panel Column

Polure decorative panel columns deliver classical elegance and three-dimensional architectural texture to interior halls, hotel foyers, and building entrance facades. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these hollow decorative columns showcase crisp recessed panel detailing with wood-like mechanical durability while avoiding heavy structural loads on building floors. Engineered with a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will never rot, swell, warp, or harbor mold in humid rooms or outdoor porticos. Thermally stable across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Important: Polure decorative panel columns are decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads must be supported by an internal steel post. Never pour concrete inside the hollow core. Install using continuous PU assembly adhesive along joining seams and wall contact faces, supplemented with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes and joints with acrylic or facade filler, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and paint with topcoat paint.
