Decorative Log Cap

Polure decorative log caps provide rustic timber charm and natural round-log end detailing for ceiling beams and timber framing. Molded directly from real tree log slices using high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these log end caps capture realistic bark textures and natural wood rings while remaining immune to cracking, rotting, or insect attack. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they offer total moisture immunity for alpine chalets, rustic dining halls, spa retreats, and outdoor loggias. Resistant across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, each log cap comes factory-precoated with an acrylic primer. Installation is easily executed by a single person: apply continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to contact edges and anchor with mechanical screws, followed by puttying, sanding, and staining or painting.
