Decorative Ionic Column

Polure decorative ionic column brings ancient Greek grace and scroll-capital beauty to interior halls, porticos, and building facades. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this classical column delivers authentic stone appearance while remaining lightweight for easy structural assembly. Designed as a hollow, NON-LOAD-BEARING architectural element, any structural weight must be sustained by an internal steel column core; concrete pouring inside is strictly forbidden. Its closed-cell physical core ensures water absorption stays below 1%, preventing swelling, rot, or mold outdoors or in wet interiors. Rated to B2 fire safety class and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, dry substrates. Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on all contact faces; silicone sealant is strictly prohibited. Screw attachment is mandatory for total stability; countersink screw heads, fill with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and coat with interior paints or exterior UV-resistant facade paints.
