Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these hollow decorative capitals deliver wood-like durability and crisp classical details without imposing heavy structural loads. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, swell, or mold in bathrooms or facade installations. Operating reliably across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, each capital is delivered factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Note that Polure capitals are strictly decorative non-load-bearing components; structural loads must be supported by an internal steel profile. Never pour concrete inside. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact joints (silicone is strictly forbidden) and securing with mechanical screws countersunk into the material. Fill screw holes with putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with two coats of paint.
