Decorative Frame Corners

Polure decorative frame corners are engineered to provide elegant right-angle transitions and ornate focal points for wall paneling frameworks, mirrors, and ceiling borders. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these corners deliver timber-like mechanical durability while maintaining a lightweight profile that prevents structural strain on vertical surfaces. Featuring a closed-cell physical structure, water absorption remains under 1%, ensuring immunity against rotting, swelling, or mold growth in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens. Resistant to temperature shifts between -100 °C / +80 °C, the material achieves a B2 fire safety rating and comes factory pre-primed with a smooth white acrylic coat. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact surfaces and securing with mechanical countersunk screws; silicone bonding is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw locations are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or exterior elastic UV-resistant topcoats.
