Decorative Frame Block

Polure decorative frame block provides refined architectural accents for wall panel mouldings, door casings, and wainscoting corners. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this ornamental corner element features wood-like mechanical toughness while remaining lightweight for easy mounting. Its closed-cell physical matrix ensures water absorption stays below 1%, rendering it completely immune to moisture, rot, and mold in kitchens, bathrooms, or entryways. Fire-rated to class B2 and thermally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, each piece arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, dry contact surfaces. Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on mounting faces and join edges; silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Mechanical fixing with screws is required; countersink screw heads, fill with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and coat with interior water-based or synthetic paints.
