Its closed-cell structure maintains moisture absorption below 1%, protecting against rot, swelling, and mold growth in humid spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms. Able to withstand temperature ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C without warping, it carries Class B2 flame retardancy certification. The corner element is supplied factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic technical coating. Installation requires clean surfaces, precise 45° miter cuts made with a fine-tooth saw, continuous PU assembly adhesive on joining faces, and countersunk mechanical screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with water-based or synthetic paints.
