Polure Decorative Column delivers majestic classical granduer to entrance porticos, interior foyers, and garden pavilions. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this column component features a hollow interior construction and is purely decorative and non-load-bearing. It features a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly under 1%, providing complete immunity to rot, mold, moisture expansion, and severe frost. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires fitting around an internal load-bearing steel support profile (never pour concrete inside the hollow core). Apply continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along all joining seams and contact surfaces, secured with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone is strictly forbidden. Column joints must be mechanically screwed together. Fill screw holes and joints with facade filler and sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, it accepts any standard water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior coating.
