Facade Window Surrounds

Polure facade window surrounds provide weather-resistant, architecturally imposing frame moldings designed to enhance exterior window profiles and entrance fenestration. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior surrounds deliver wood-like durability and hail resistance while eliminating heavy structural load stress on facade walls. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will never absorb rainwater, swell, freeze-thaw crack, or cultivate mold under harsh climate exposure. Thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated Class B2 for fire safety, each surround comes pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and mitred joints (silicone is strictly forbidden), secured with mechanical screw anchors. Fill screw recesses with facade filler, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and coat with elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint.
