Decorative Ceiling Panels

Polure decorative ceiling panels bring rich coffered luxury, dimensional depth, and classical sophistication to residential and commercial ceilings. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these panels recreate heavy plaster ceiling work with exceptional impact toughness and a fraction of the structural weight. Polyurethane will not warp, sag, or crack across temperature ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C. The closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, protecting against ceiling dampness, rot, and mold in dining rooms, halls, or spas. Each panel is factory-coated with a white acrylic primer. Installation requires preparing a smooth, dry substrate, applying continuous PU assembly adhesive on rear grid faces and joints, and securing with screws. Fill screw countersinks, sand (180-220 grit), and paint with interior ceiling paint.
