With closed-cell waterproofing keeping moisture absorption under 1%, they will never rot, swell, or cultivate mildew under heavy rain, snow, or humidity. Thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated Class B2 for fire safety, each length arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation onto exterior entrance surrounds requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on back faces and miter joints (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with mechanical screw fixings countersunk into the profile. Fill screw holes with facade filler, sand with 180-220 grit paper, and apply topcoats of elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint.
