Decorative Boiserie Trim

Polure decorative boiserie trim brings classical architectural framing to interior walls, accentuating panels and room transitions with crisp profile lines. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this lightweight trim offers wood-like mechanical durability while preventing wall stress. Its closed-cell physical structure reduces water absorption below 1%, guaranteeing immunity against moisture, rot, warping, and mold in bathrooms, kitchens, and corridors. Fire-rated to class B2 and capable of handling temperature ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C, each moulding is pre-primed in white acrylic. Installation involves applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact surfaces and securing with mechanical countersunk screws; silicone bonding is strictly forbidden. Joints and screw recesses are filled with acrylic putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or synthetic paints.
