Curved Door Frame Trim

Polure Curved Door Frame Trim delivers tailored arched encasement and refined elevation framing to interior and entrance doorways. Molded from rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), this curved trim provides wood-equivalent structural impact resistance while eliminating warping risks. Its closed-cell structure maintains moisture absorption strictly under 1%, safeguarding the door arch against humidity, rot, and swelling. Thermally resilient across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, it meets B2 fire retardant standards. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact edges and butt joints, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Joint seams and screw heads must be filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Factory-prepped with a white acrylic primer, it accepts standard water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior paint.
