Curved Balustrade Rail

Curved balustrade rails crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) allow architects to build sweeping balconies and curved staircase railings with perfect geometric fluidity. Featuring high mechanical strength and weather resistance, these curved sections will not warp, splinter, or decay under outdoor hail or humidity. Their closed-cell structural formulation holds water absorption under 1%, allowing reliable performance in marine or wet environments (-100 °C / +80 °C). Pre-primed with white acrylic primer, Polure curved balustrade rails can be finished with exterior-grade acrylic or synthetic paints. Installation requires clean mating edges, 45° precision miter cuts, continuous PU assembly adhesive, and mechanical screw fixing at all joints (silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden). Lightly sand with 180-220 grit paper before topcoat painting.
