The closed-cell material features water absorption below 1%, making it completely resistant to rot, humidity, and mold in corridors, public spaces, and bathrooms. Operating reliably from -100 °C / +80 °C without warping or shrinking, the profile is rated fire safety B2 and comes pre-primed in white acrylic. Installation requires continuous PU assembly adhesive along both contact flanges paired with countersunk screws. Screw holes and joints are filled with acrylic filler, sanded, and painted with durable topcoats.
