Polure polyurethane architrave header provides an ornate architectural pediment to top doorway frames, window surrounds, and wall portals. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this crown pediment delivers wood-like mechanical durability while remaining lightweight to prevent wall loading. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or split when exposed to outdoor elements or indoor moisture across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a decorative wall header, it mounts securely over door trims and pilasters. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact faces, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality paint.
