Classical Wall Profile

Polure classical wall profiles deliver refined linear geometry and timeless architectural proportions to interior walls, dado rails, and wall panel framing. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these profiles combine wood-like mechanical strength with a lightweight design that eliminates structural strain. Their closed-cell structure guarantees water absorption below 1%, rendering them immune to humidity, rot, and swelling in kitchens and bathrooms. Rated B2 for fire safety and dimensionally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, they offer long-lasting wall decor performance. Pre-primed in factory white acrylic, installation requires applying a continuous bead of PU assembly adhesive along mounting edges paired with countersunk screws. Fill joints and screw heads with acrylic putty, sand smooth, and finish with water-based or synthetic paint.
