Classical Wall Panel

The Polure classical wall panel brings timeless wainscoting sophistication and recessed architectural framing to luxury interiors and grand corridors. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative panel delivers wood-like mechanical impact strength while remaining lightweight to prevent wall overload. Its closed-cell composition ensures water absorption remains below 1%, preventing warping, rotting, or mold formation even in high-humidity areas like dining halls, spas, or bathrooms. Formulated to perform in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety rating, each panel is factory-coated with a white acrylic technical primer. Installation requires precise miter saw cuts, continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear surfaces, and countersunk screws. Fill joints and screw heads with acrylic filler, sand with 180-220 grit, and finish with water-based or synthetic topcoat paint.
