Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these classical supports mimic historic carved stone or timber brackets while offering superior durability and a lightweight profile that reduces structural load. Their closed-cell formation ensures water absorption remains under 1%, safeguarding them against rot, swelling, mold, and frost damage in exterior environments. Engineered to withstand temperature extremes from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety rating, they come factory-primed with white acrylic paint. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact faces along with mechanical countersunk screws. Screw holes and seams are filled with facade acrylic putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit, and coated with UV-resistant exterior paint.
