Classical Relief Panels

Polure classical relief panels provide ornate architectural wall features inspired by antique plasterwork and hand-carved stone reliefs. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these panels offer rich texture and deep detail with hardwood-like impact resistance and lightweight handling. Their closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, preventing rot, mold, swelling, or humidity degradation in moisture-rich interiors or exterior facades. Tested for B2 fire class safety, they maintain dimensional stability in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Supplied factory-primed with white acrylic paint, they accept water-based, synthetic, or faux-finish topcoats. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces alongside countersunk mechanical screws. Screw holes and joints are filled with acrylic putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit, and painted.
