Classical Relief Ornament

Polure Classical Relief Ornament brings timeless architectural motifs, sculptural medallions, and intricate relief detailing to walls, ceilings, overdoor panels, and facade features. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this relief element matches the mechanical strength of carved stone or wood while remaining light for simple, secure mounting. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly under 1%, it will not warp, swell, rot, or degrade when exposed to humidity or outdoor weather. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and joinery seams, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. For outdoor applications, joint seams must also be mechanically screwed together. Screw indentations and miter seam joints must be filled with facade filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, it accepts any standard water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior paint.
