Doric Column Head

Polure Doric column head (capital) offers a clean, classical geometric termination for architectural columns and wall pilasters. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this structural-look capital provides hardwood-like mechanical strength and impact resistance without heavy structural loading. Its closed-cell composition ensures water absorption stays below 1%, protecting against dampness, swelling, rot, or mold growth in high-humidity zones and outdoor installations. Capable of enduring temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, it meets Class B2 self-extinguishing flame specifications. Supplied factory-primed in white acrylic paint, it is ready for water-based or synthetic topcoats. Installation calls for continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive across contact surfaces and mechanical countersunk screws. Conceal screw heads and joints with acrylic filler, sand with 180-220 grit, and finish with paint.
