Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this corner element provides wood-equivalent mechanical strength while remaining light for seamless alignment. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly below 1%, it completely resists rot, moisture swelling, and mold growth. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive along contact borders and miter joinery seams, combined with countersunk mechanical screw fixings; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Screw holes and seam joints should be filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Factory-prepped with white acrylic primer, it accepts any standard water-based interior paint.
