Classical Column Set

Polure classical column sets provide complete architectural column assemblies, including matched bases, smooth or fluted shafts, and Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian capitals for grand entrances and interior halls. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this column set offers wood-like mechanical toughness and impact resistance without heavy structural weight. Featuring closed-cell waterproofing with less than 1% water absorption, it will not rot, swell, warp, or foster mold in humid interiors or outdoor porticos. Engineered to perform in temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety compliance, every set comes factory-coated with a white technical acrylic primer. Note that polyurethane column sets are strictly DECORATIVE and NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads require an internal steel frame. Install using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on joint faces and mechanical screw anchoring, fill joints, sand (180-220 grit), and paint.
