Smooth Facade Pilaster

Polure smooth facade pilaster delivers clean neoclassical geometry and ungrooved architectural framing for building exteriors, window portals, and door surrounds. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this flat wall pilaster provides wood-like mechanical durability while remaining lightweight to prevent load strain on insulated facade walls. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, mold, swell, or crack during harsh freeze-thaw cycles or extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, it arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a wall-mounted flat column profile, it mounts flush against exterior surfaces. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along back contact faces, secured with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with facade putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with UV paint.
