Classical Ceiling Trim

Polure classical ceiling trim mouldings create an ornate, majestic transition between interior walls and ceilings, accentuating ceiling perimeters with refined architectural detail. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this ceiling trim delivers wood-like structural strength and exceptional resistance to physical impact. Polyurethane will not warp, shrink, or crack over time, accommodating temperature variations from -100 °C / +80 °C. With closed-cell water absorption under 1%, it is fully safe against moisture and mold formation in kitchens and bathrooms. Each length is factory-coated with a smooth white acrylic primer layer. Installation involves dry substrate preparation, cutting 45° miter corners using a fine-tooth saw, applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact edges and butt joints, and securing with screws. Screw recesses and joint gaps are puttied, lightly sanded (180-220 grit), and painted with interior topcoat paint.
