Door Architraves

Polure door architraves add classical architectural framing and refined dimensional depth to interior door surrounds. Crafted from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these door trims combine wood-like impact strength with light overall weight, eliminating joint sagging or moisture deformation. With a closed-cell polymer structure that keeps water absorption strictly under 1%, they resist humidity and mold growth in kitchens, bathrooms, and corridors. Certified Class B2 for fire resistance and stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, every architrave is delivered pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation onto doorway surrounds involves cutting 45° miter joints with a fine-tooth miter saw, applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and miter joints (silicone is strictly forbidden), and fixing with countersunk screws. Fill screw recesses and joint lines with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with two coats of paint.
