Classical Building Elements

Polure Classical Building Elements encompass comprehensive architectural ornamentation, facade trims, structural covers, and interior decorative detailing. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these building accents deliver authentic carved wood and stone aesthetics without adding heavy dead load to structural walls. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly under 1%, they offer complete immunity to rot, mold, swelling, and weathering in both interior and facade installations. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive across all contact boundaries and joinery seams, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Outdoor joint connections must also be mechanically fastened together. Screw holes and seam joints should be filled with facade filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, they accept standard interior water-based paints or UV-resistant exterior paints.
