Classical Balustrade System

Polure classical balustrade systems offer an architectural railing arrangement for balconies, terraces, and garden staircases. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these balustrade components deliver the aesthetic elegance of carved stone or wood without heavy structural load. Featuring a closed-cell formulation with less than 1% water absorption, the system is immune to rot, swelling, mold, or frost cracking. Withstanding thermal ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, every piece is pre-coated with a white acrylic primer. Installation is performed using continuous PU assembly adhesive at all rail and baluster interfaces paired with mechanical countersunk screws and facade joint filler.

It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), offering stone-like visual appeal, high impact resistance, and B2 fire class safety.

Yes, water absorption under 1% and thermal stability from -100 °C / +80 °C ensure it will not rot, swell, or crack in outdoor environments.

How is the classical balustrade system installed?

Components are glued using continuous PU assembly adhesive at all joint points and secured with countersunk screws. Outdoor joints must also be screwed together.

What paint finish should be applied to the classical balustrade system?
