Exterior Pillar Base

Polure exterior pillar bases provide timeless architectural grounding for outdoor porch columns, entryway pillars, and exterior facade colonnades. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these hollow exterior bases deliver wood-like mechanical durability and hail-resistant protection without adding heavy load to building foundations. Engineered with a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will never rot, swell, warp, or crumble when exposed to rain, snow, or sub-zero frosts. Thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-treated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Important: Polure exterior pillar bases are decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads must be supported by an internal steel post. Never pour concrete inside the hollow core. Install using continuous PU assembly adhesive and countersunk screws. Fill joints with facade putty, sand lightly (180-220 grit), and paint with UV-resistant exterior paint.
