Classic Wall Paneling

Polure classic wall paneling delivers timeless elegance and refined architectural proportion to residential interiors, hallways, and commercial reception areas. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this classic wall trim offers wood-like impact resistance while being lightweight and distortion-free. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, swell, or foster mold in humid environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, or basements. Tested across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, each panel piece is factory-precoated with a smooth white acrylic primer. Installation is performed by cutting precision miter joints, applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to contact faces, and securing with screws. Joints and screw holes are filled, sanded, and painted.

Frequently Asked Questions

What material is Polure classic wall paneling manufactured from?

It is molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), giving it wood-like mechanical durability without heavy weight.

Can classic wall paneling be used in bathrooms or kitchens?

Yes. Water absorption is under 1% due to its closed-cell structure, ensuring it will not warp, swell, or grow mold in high humidity.

How is classic wall paneling installed on walls?

Cut miters with a fine-tooth saw, apply continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along wall contact edges, and secure with screws. Fill screw holes, sand, and paint.

Is silicone adhesive suitable for mounting classic wall paneling?

No, silicone is strictly forbidden because it lacks structural bonding power. Only polyurethane assembly adhesive paired with screws must be used.

What paint finish is required for classic wall paneling?

Panels come factory-primed with white acrylic primer. They can be painted with two coats of water-based or acrylic interior paint after light sanding.
