Polure Classic Panel Corners

Polure classic panel corners provide ornamental corner pieces designed to complement wall moldings, framing wainscoting panels with traditional architectural detail. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these panel corners deliver wood-like mechanical durability and crisp relief carving without cracking or splitting over time. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they offer total protection against humidity, dampness, and mold growth in living rooms, hallways, or bathrooms. Operating reliably across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, each corner comes factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation requires applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with mechanical screw attachment. Fill countersunk screw recesses and joints with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with two coats of quality paint.
